Part of this culture is to introduce products and experiences that reacquaint guests with slow, purposeful living, so the two analog Lacanche ranges fit right in. The Green Market Farm loves to use the natural ingredients they have on hand and believes in the power of gathering.

Katie Jacobs is a fourth-generation Nashville native author, stylist, and photographer. She is the art director and creator of StylingMyEveryday.com, a food and lifestyle blog with a focus on food, entertaining, and DIY. She released her first book about entertaining, So Much to Celebrate in 2018. Her Lacanche Sully was used to create some of her latest recipes for her 2023 book, The Chocolate Chip Cookie Book.




Elyse Kopecky

Athlete turned chef, Elyse is the creator of the global Run Fast. Eat Slow movement. Her three New York Times bestseller books teach women that healthy eating doesn’t have to be bland, boring, or stressful. In fact, healthy eating can be both indulgent and nourishing. She and her co-author, Shalane Flanagan, have inspired a real food movement in the running community. With retreats, classes, blogs, and books, they have spent 10 years inspiring athletes to eat better, including more butter! Elyse has been using her tilleul Cluny Lacanche since 2018 to create healthy foods to power both body and mind.
