Repair: In the event your Lacanche range requires service beyond our standard Warranty period, Art Culinaire has over 300 preferred appliance service providers across the nation. Please contact our Support Department to see if a service provider is in your area.

Installation: For assistance with installation services, we have accumulated a list of reputable installation companies. These companies are provided as a referral for your convenience. We recommend conducting proper research and evaluation before entering into any service agreements with them.

Technical Support: For ranges covered under our 3-year warranty, please contact us at 888-222-2930 to initiate warranty service. Our service hours for parts and assistance are available Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, or you can reach us via email at support@frenchranges.com

Our Warranty

We stand behind the quality of your new Lacanche range by offering a comprehensive 3-year warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship starting from the date of product delivery. In the event that the range is transferred to a new owner during this period, the warranty will seamlessly transition to them. Our liability is restricted to the replacement of faulty parts and the necessary labor within the specified warranty timeframe. Please note that our warranty services and replacement parts are exclusively applicable to ranges purchased from Art Culinaire/Lacanche-USA
